I use it for about 4 months
The +: automation! effects, compressors on each slice and especially ergonomics!
The -: an extension for 16 classic tracks suplmentaires.
I used a 01v and believe me there is no picture! Best EQ, effects, filters, notch Lighter and larger, long-fader + ...

I think it nya no better in this price range, although any dpend requirements of each. For my part I use in home studio to mix prods style "house music" and the DDX3216 is perfect for me!
