Value For Money : Excellent
Hello, I will let you visit the site Korg specific characteristics of this digital piano but they are more than sufficient for the user that I am. In fact it is a piano and not a synth so the thirty-editable patches on three levels of reverb and chorus will do you little use if you like traffic sounds ... But they have the advantage of being present If, and this is something nice from what the competition offers for this price range.
For connectivity, it is sufficient. I do not know much but there is the MIDI input and output (Korg But why did not he delivered a MIDI / USB?). If I progress in the piano, I can always connect an arranger, a drum machine ... etc.. Good for now, I bought it for "put me on the piano", so work on a keyboard as close as possible to an acoustic piano, and there I was really pleasantly surprised!

UTILIZATION

I repeat, I do not know much about pianos and keyboards. As "Old Guitarist," I always wanted to put me to strum and I realize that dream with this keyboard. After putting my hands on some digital in-store competition has never been satisfactory, both touched on sampling. Casio sound too low end Yamaha sound too "Yamaha" (P70, DXG620 ... But how have they done to poor amplification also in these cases, with PC speaker in it?). Were only the Korg in the range <800 Euros: As soon as I heard, my choice was made!

SOUNDS

We see that this is a new product Korg: The touch is amazing, the keys are weighted assets, it feels almost on a real ... The little look "vintage" is very pleasant with its stucco trim and rounded corners and there are all the essentials for working with your hands without being distracted by the superfluous as the hideous multi-colored LCD. So a perfect grip.
As for sampling, it is astonishing accuracy and realism (Again, this is a piano in less than 800 euros therefore remain subjective, but some instruments at twice the price do not offer as much). The piano sounds are really excellent. For other sound enthusiasts use them to have a little fun but after their study is of high quality. So thanks to Korg's engineers have done an excellent job. I think this keyboard "will" to the digital piano that was in the DX7 synthesizer (powerful metaphor right?).
You can also adjust the touch that can adapt its strike force depending on the style of music. Wholesale Chopin Jerry Lee Lewis ... and the "transpose" very useful if you want to help the SP250 for some re-tuning an old piano keys "wooden frame" (My Gaveau in 1898 does not support 440 hertz, but I can 'tuner' to 427!).
Finally, the amplifier board (2x11 watts) is more compared to competition: Play half the volume is more than enough considering that the quality of the speakers is very good.
As being the most "real" progressive pedal "like a piano," finally leaving the competition behind with their switches on / off. No comment.

OVERALL OPINION

If we find fault, we will have a little quibble. But try ...
A notice-a little more explicit?
USB-A for the future? (But there are adapters on the market)
-The quality of some plastics (pedal box)?
-Er ... I think more ...

In summary I have since Christmas 2006 and I took off over the keyboard. A real pleasure to work and grow. I do not think there is better quality / price ratio, the quality is really above the price. The piano is an excellent basis for work, very realistic, a very good piano study that will meet those of the ear. We could probably find it on stage connected to a series of sequencers, expanders or arrangers of any kind, it does not denote.
In short you have dreamed? KORG did.
