It's going to be ending for a week since I installed these pickups on my Mexican strato
I was tired of the background noise of microphone originals ("bbbrrr" in the neck position, "DDRRR" in middle position and "fffrrr" with the bridge pickup). Also the strings so high E and royal past ct pads of neck pickup, with a cl + low output level for the two strings.
Overall their sound is not a + round (less "twangy") without erasing the characters in the strato inhrent. For those who evokes something in, eyeing has a little to the micro P90.Mention specially for the middle, finally use one and not only in position 2 and 4 to counter the word slut 50hz.En These are SI-LEN-CI-THEM! The output level is a little lower than the original pickups (6.2k against 6.8), but does not prevent to get clean sounds and crunch of good quality. For large distos, there are microphones "expr done" like hot tracks, fast tracks and others. As they rsolu the problem of hum and sound balance between the strings, the ratio quality price is + qu'honnte. $ 70 for a set of three (via Stewart Mac Donald). If I had to m'quiper at Seymour Duncan (vintage rails) would have a cot about $ 270, was unjustifiable gard to the price of a vintage Start mexicaine.Mme if the rails are the cream of the cream in their CATEGORY (which is toutefeois hear) I find their prices draisonnable.
