Published on 02/01/13 at 03:58I was looking for a table to distribute my various sound sources (cd, vynyl, K7, radio, tablet, ...) to the Prodipe Pro 8 V2.
Offered in all more than 200 €, I stumble upon a great coupon Nuloop to 99 € (damaged packaging). Nothing to lose.
This table is rackable and has 8 RCA inputs, XLR and RCA outputs (master, record, FX ...) (including 2 switchable phono or line)
4 tracks, each with 2 inputs switchable with a nice rocker
The equalizer is not assigned to each track (with big differences C3), but the Master. With no need to DJ, it does not bother me, but may be disadvantageous.
The crossfader is of good quality, and can assign the 4 tracks independently
Entries "fader start" suitable for CD players are also present.
UTILIZATION
The general configuration of the table is Simplicime is the big advantage for my use (mostly type hifi), everything seems simple, and even including my daughter (she is 6 years old).
It is probably the default would be more demanding in an activity of DJ. At the same time, when you do Djaying, it is not this type of model that we seek.
The manual is minimal, personal I just watched. It becomes useful when trying to manage arrivals in headphones sound (mix, master, two, ...) for example.
SOUNDS
The console is transparent (no difference with connections prodipe Live).
I noticed a slight hiss, but that is not at all noticeable once the music started, and perhaps it is rather prodipe or my electrical installation (without soil).
The equalizer is effective, personal day "widened" to "déneutraliser" the pregnant prodipe
OVERALL OPINION
It's been 15 days that I use, and I have nothing to say. But as said earlier, this is a kind of use HIFI not Djaying
My new set fi I like, I can "send steak" manage my sources, I love the simplicity of "I want to listen to such a source, I push the knob associated."
I appreciate the fact that when I modulates the sound (equalizer, source), I did not break her (as one can have with a standard stereo set)
I look forward to permiers "little mix between friends"
With experience, and always for my specific use, certainly I would do this choice (especially at this price
