I use this bass since 1978. At first I did not like it because it was set incorrectly and had old strings. I did not really want to change, then change it once did and once set, I fell in love! she snores, it sounds and has a real personality. Mine never had picnic, but I pass I have a bass to play standing. I tried the latest low and blah blah its really a little off! I love the violin, shapely, strong, only downside the sound is not very powerful but the piezo that I added myself sometimes used to play a little harder, and it works very well with this instrument. Really this fretless bass and more!
