User Review

Excellent quality / price ratio - Reviews Martin & Co OMC-1E

Value For Money : Excellent
Top: Sitka spruce
Back & Side: Sapele
Fingerboard: Morado
Neck: stratabond (laminated - stuck)
Headplate: Laminate (India rosewood patern)
Electronic: Fishman Presys More w / Tuner

UTILIZATION

The ergonomics and access to acute are perfect.
The Fishman with integrated tuner is very convenient.

The handle is nice but need a light sanding.
The height of the bridge may also be slightly reduced.

SOUNDS

The sound of this guitar is excellent!
I've been playing for 20 years on a well made electro Korean but when I was in the hands Martin was a real shock! The sound is powerful (without amplification) and highly crystalline.

While some aspects this guitar will probably not please the purist luthier (stratabond round, using rolling ...), it does not feel completely in terms of sound.

OVERALL OPINION

An excellent value for money (second hand) for a real pleasure to play and above all its terrible!
Small flat matt varnish to the table that has worn to the point of contact with the right arm.
This model is no longer manufactured by Martin.
