«  Pleasant to use and balanced »

This is my first real pair of speaker monitoring and after a month of use, I'm hooked.
I use them for mixing and pre-mastering work and for the use and creation of guitar sounds with a Kemper Profiling Amplifier.

SOUNDS

The sound is very balanced and fairly neutral, with a developed and airy medium (works great for mixing).
The highs are smooth and precise and not too Director: installed at a desk, you can keep a certain margin of maneuver-movement without losing the "sweet pot" tweeters.
The treble control (+2 or +4 db) is quite effective and can bring a little shine if your room is too dull.
The fact is serious work and also is not too prominent (6.5-inch form requires): it descends relatively low with just what it takes to enjoy hitting the bass drum along with a good bass ^ ^.
Small flat, miss it a low setting in the negative (like -2 or-4dB) for a combined placement too close to the event rear wall brings a lot more serious, depending also on the acoustics of your piece.
For my part and after a few tries, I asked about 30cm wall on feet for monitors with foam Mopad, and it allows me to have just enough serious.
Finally, the stereo image seems quite good.

OVERALL OPINION

I think the value of these speakers is very good. (Especially promotion to 290 € the pair delivered ^ ^)
The quality is excellent, the audio is balanced and neutral and rather bitter effective controls.
Generally, they are fun to use and especially little tiring to the ear, to work for long time :)
I recommend them for the work of home studio, or for music lovers!
