Neumann adds to its KH series two new three-way active studio monitors, the KH 310 D and KH 420.

The KH 310 D is an improved version of the KH 310 A with digital inputs and a Delay feature on all inputs. This feature is designed for video/audio and lip syncing for it allows for compensating the non-equidistant placement of the monitors.

The KH 420 is a midfield three-way monitor that can be used in rooms with listening distance up to 11 meters. Neumann also recommends it in 5.1 and 7.1 setups where bass are needed (they specify that this model is one octave lower than the KH 120). You can also complete it with the KH 870 subwoofer.

The KH 420 features an MMD (Mathematically Modeled Dispersion) rotating waveguide, acoustic controls and you can add the optional DIM 1 (Digital Input Module) which includes AES3 and S/PDIF digital inputs as well as the delay feature mentioned above.

These new monitors will be available at the beginning of October, Neumann announces prices of 3837€ excl. VAT for the KH 420 and 2229€ excl. taxes for the KH 310 D.
