The X116 offers GENIO 44.1, 48 or 88.2, 96khz (16 outputs and 16 ADAT input without clock). Synchronizes well with RME adat card. The connection is TRS.
OVERALL OPINION
Before I had convertos RME, which are fine, but since I work with the GENIO, I have a 96khz sound quality while remaining 44.1 rather nice.
It is a product that I use for 5 years.
My audio chain generally U87 and other avalon preamp, RME adat card ... and presto, it works very well. Wide stereo, with its not very hard as RME, pretty hot.
I produce, with the GENIO X116, songs and music for commercials, documentaries, tv etc ... in very orchestral styles (Pop, rock, indie-rock/folk/pop, world music ... sold worldwide, generally mastered in London ... and yet nobody told me anything negative
people continue to buy!
