Value For Money : Excellent

Note its lightness and compactness.

UTILIZATION

I use it professionally in documentary filming.
A Portabrace bag and a harness I can perch safely
Often with the output RF transmitters and tape recorder output.
Like its perfect ergonomics.
Its battery life is admittedly small (about 4-5h 48v with a microphone). For my part, I use rechargeable batteries (2 sets). I often able to spend the day shooting with only one game if I turn it off once you no longer turns.
It is true that the use of an external power supply (NP1 or other) is more comfortable.
The only fault I find he is no phase inverter on the 3rd entry. I've remedied by having an inverter in my XLR accessories.
The menu options are very useful (eg, output level, the level of the limiter, etc. ...) and can cope with most configurations encountered in shooting docs.

SOUNDS

The sound is very clean, the significant gain in short, is pro.
NB: I use it with KM81 or MKH50 pole.
The low-cut are well suited.
The limiter is fully adapted to the shooting conditions and remains transparent. Note that there is in addition to output limiter, limiter input preamp that I use as well. (Yes, I often arms in the air!)

OVERALL OPINION

I've had it 3 years, no reliability problem.
Its lightness is a delight, you can use it with your eyes closed when it is known.
It is a device that lets me focus on my perch by being forgotten.
The price / quality ratio is excellent (especially if you buy in the U.S. like me)
I used to be a SQN same quality but usability was lower.
It gives me the perfect tool for this type of shooting.
