Recording King RK-R36

Recording King introduces the RK-R36 and the RK-OT25.

The RK-R36 tone ring banjo has mahogany resonator and neck, and the RK-OT25 is an open back with a scooped fretboard and no-knot tailpiece.

The new RK-R36 is built with a Mastertone-style bell brass cast tone ring and one-piece flange like the RK-R35, with a select mahogany resonator and neck. The 24-hook brass tension hoop is designed to allow the head to be adjusted to the perfect tension, and the nickel-plated hardware is designed to match vintage Mastertone-style specs.

The new RK-OT25 is an old-time picking machine, with a steam-bent maple rim, 24-bracket tension hoop, and dual coordinator rods for adjustability. Other features include scooped fretboard, presto tailpiece and old-style Remo FiberSkyn head.
