Discrete case, very simple and solid, short inspiring confidence. (Without being heavy, it feels even when it's not just wind inside)

3 Channels ditables is clear and it is clear.

The connection is that it hopes to this product range: Between and more XLR output jack with phantom power.
Some regret the headphones that are found on other models ... concurents It's my taste of the gadget, because it speaks of a product for homestudio or scene by playing in his room.

The instructions are very clear and specific on. There are connections with the amp, effects, mixer etc. ... Then a good dose of examples of preset.

UTILIZATION

We will very quickly the basics: 3 Channel edit, you "double click" to save, and "single click" to bypass.
Retourver to the channel settings, the little flashing lights more quickly until regain its position as backup.
There are quite a few knobs, but they are not for show. We shoot, we change, it works well or not but the analog works because the changes are really noticeable, and can work in detail.

SOUND QUALITY

The sound quality is very convincing to me. What I appreciate most is that one can fairly precisely pofiner sound.
The drive is clean and precise, and gives results quite ruffed.
The treble and bass do their job, nothing more.
The presence is a parameter rather intressant, which discretion the clarity and attack with more or less irrelevant. Cohrent I find the choice not to keep adjusting the medium, because I imagine the break head to find a setting between the two ... and too many knobs knobs kill.
The blend (ratio between the natural sound of the bass and its related parameter is the most important and most relevant.

Again, what I really like is to feel that each parameter affects the sound, Manir gradual and controllable.

In the presets on offer by the manufacturer, the presence and often blend 3 hours or more ...
And indeed, as some have said, the bass is too inflated, the sound may seem impressive but gets lost in the mix (whether in studio or on stage). But in seeking regulation of the blend and presence between 11am and 1am, the result is very convincing, sound much more subtle and elegant.
In Manir Gnrale, it's pretty good sign when you end to settle its presets without having half of the knobs has merits, or zero!

Another important point: it is true that it tends to saturate at low, but it is mainly a function of the attack string. Just to put a good compression front. That is still advise, whatever you do, because the compressor that is essential for the bass! For me it carl martin). Nothing to say ... it works! In repeated on the console, PFL, the viewmtre the bass track just comes in orange and there was already a very good volume accurate and powerful. Whereas before it was closer to the red for a bit of punch ...

OVERALL OPINION

I play a Stingray 5 string with Piezo and I do not use a bass amp. I then branch directly on the consoles, which suits me perfectly because I'm sure it sounds like on stage and in the room.
Basically I walk with its "standard" for funk bass lines to the fingers or slap. Bottom nice and powerful who do not dripping, treble out well without bothering anyone, although the mean grain of the low and the expression of touch.
In addition, I use a more fusion with the drive for more aggressive cuts. It's nice, purring ca, ca crunch, and always aunt of grain, and expression! The slaps resortent superbly, and mix with the guitars is saturated color.

Basically, I put full hands, and ears!!

To conclude, I would say that of course it is not worth a high quality amp. on the other hand, comparing with a more or less standart amp, the difference in price, weight and space do not make me doubt one second on the use of this pedal.
