All-tube amp head.

The power output is 300W (watt lamps, ideal for deafness).
Settings, it is the basic equalization, gain the master + gadjets two buttons (ultra high and ultra low fréquece) for people who do funk or metal.

I note as well I like the amps that are not calculators where 2H handling are required to have a not acceptable sound, a simple EQ, gain the master = THE sound and baste my dream.

The only problem is that it weighs 45 kg. It is (very) heavy. Too heavy. So 3 points less.

UTILIZATION

The configuration could not be more simple, the knobs do their job, it was the place regardless of his race.

The manual is a bit long to read, with details not necessarily comprehensible to the common man on the electronics and lights inside.

I can not get a bad sound with this head, it sounds low, medium and high see strong volume (even with mediocre speakers).

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a little over a year, repeated in my house (in the lounge), and nothing to say, always waiting for you.

I tried many things before, but eventually, this amp all the other buried.

I love his ability to THE sound with any bass.
I do not like the weight.

The value for money is like anything, when you buy the top, you know what to expect, this is the case with this head.

With hindsight I would not do it again this choice (unless I was up a studio at home and the amp does not have to move), I have back problems and this amp is incompatible with this disease. I repeat Ampeg, but a hybrid head that weighs less than 20 kg ...
