I have not had the opportunity to test tons of micro PB (it's not easy to change by DEFINITIONS). The Seymour gives an excellent vintage with the typical punch, a good output level and heat. I replaced a fender american PB 1990s and is DIFFERENT to say the best!
The reviews on the net say that this mic is excellent.
