Recalling the natural hot saturation distortion produced by a tube cicuit for Jekyll. Thicker distortion, excavating or inflate thanks to the potentiometer "MID" for Hyde. Settings: Canal Jekyll: drive, tone, theft, bass boost on / off - Hyde channel: drive, tone, mid, theft, sharp / blunt. USE The settings are very simple because each potentiometer and switch have an obvious effect on the sound Jekyll side is an overdrive that can resolve the small slight crunch to a Distorted very rich and oily. The HYDE side is intended for solos party. It can be set to have a very aggressive sound thanks to the switch sharp (sharp in French) or blunt side much more fluted and warm And what good is that you can choose the Jekyll side or HYDE or 2 together which allow very rich and various mixtures SOUND QUALITY I try with a Line 6 Variax guitar that models are all legendary guitars: Les Paul, SG, Firebird, ES 335 ES 175 Rickenbacker, Strat, Tele, Jaguar..etc and a Fender Bassman 12 4x "dropoff window The sound is absolutely gorgeous and clean but when the gain is thoroughly balloons I also try with a standard ESP eclipse 1 EMG 81 and 60 (Jap model) This pedal responds perfectly to different attacks such pick a lamp pedal I also try with a LTD VIPER (Korean) with pickups Seymour Duncan SH4 JB and 59 This is an all mahogany guitar with ebony touce and versatile sound. I used this time a less luxurious amp that the Peavey Classic 30. No problem: the sound delivered by the pedals are always as effective as it is for big sound the metal hot blues and rock between. NOTICE GLOBAL I have totally bought 2 because I want to be able to place them in various locations in my long effects chain, experienced and always find new subtle tones. Undoubtedly one of the best market price value for a pedal too kid 2 cannaux with lots of knobs and really intuitively switch adjustable and very strong because in addition to 2 years of use my first J & H n I ' I had no concern for failure or wear of the hull. A must have for less than 160 €

Internally there is for each input (1 active / passive switch and a potentiometer boost level). Red leds (2, one in the middle and one at the end) and blue (8) to visualize the magnitude of the pedal (the red LED in the middle helps me to determine my average volume, I can increase up the second red LED to go solo or decrease to allow more seats to other instruments). The system is rack and when I received it, it was not properly assembled and I could quibble to replace. Not hard but you need to quibble. Aside from that it is a very solid pedal, the rack has never moved but I use it for 4-5 years. This pedal is very nice and super convenient. UTILIZATION This is a volume pedal (except resolve internal switches and potentiometers), it is easy to use. SOUND QUALITY Initially I had placed without knowing ahead of the amp, it turns out that this site has more impact on the gain on the volume. Here I was not fully satisfied. But after searching the web. I placed it in my effects loop and then what perfection. Hyper hyper progressive and precise. I use guitars with passive pickups (telecaster, les paul, musicman Y2D) but also with a guitar with active pickups (musicman luke 2) and no worries. Perfect control. OVERALL OPINION I extensively used since 4-5 ans.Je have not tried other model Advent if not the volume pedal from my old pod xt live. This pedal seemed especially necessary for group play. I do not use it for effects violoning but only for level settings each time group. Are more real, strength (just some scratches on the paint with everything she lived), the LEDs that situate the magnitude of the scale, accuracy and ease of use (not too soft, not too hard), the opportunity to connect active or passive guitars that does not ernie ball (you must choose a model based on that with which it will be used). I would do this choice without hesitation. If she lets me, I recommend a pronto. I've had a lot of effect on my pedalboard, some go the other remains in a long time. Well this one is the oldest on my pedalboard and is not ready to leave his place.

Volume pedals have generally just been nothing but a pedal, a pot and some strings. But now visual sound has literally reinvented the volume pedal making it not only suited better for live use but also added extra stuff to make it even more usable as a clean boost pedal!! Awesome! UTILIZATION Pretty simple to use, even though there are tons of different ways you can use this pedal. First off, to roll the volume on and off you use the big pedal. To see where you're at with the awesome LEDs, you have to be powering the pedal. If you don't want it and/or don't want to power it, you can still use it as a regular volume pedal without powering it but you won't get the LEDs which I find are very useful. Inside, there are two internal knobs that you can adjust the volume output with as well as the clean boost preamp. Set it to however you'd like. I set it so that when I max out the volume pedal it boost the signal as well. The Tuner out is there to hook up a tuner for silent tuning even with the volume all the way down, the tuner out still sends volume to your tuner, very cool. And you can run the pedal in mono or stereo out. The pedal itself is very smooth when in use with your foot. From seeing it and playing with it with my hands at the store counter it looked and seemed clanky, but when I put it down and actually tried it, it turned out to be one of the smoothest pedals I've ever used! SOUND QUALITY Technically since it's a volume pedal I shouldn't be rating the sound quality, but since it has a clean boost preamp built in I can. The volume pedal itself is active for the most part and therefore, includes s sort of buffer that's engaged when it's plugged in and set in active mode. This is visual sound's idea of true bypass but better as it acts as a buffer too bringing back any signal degradation that you might've had from the rest of your board or long cable runs etc. The clean boost itself is very very transparent. Depending on how you use it, even if it's maxed out it will add a large amount of volume, maybe around 10db but will also add, not distortion but, clipping, i'd say, depending on what your amp's set at. Which is also cool and useful if you're running on high gain through the amp and you're looking to push the amp into that saturated-esque super heavy uber metal distortion! OVERALL OPINION I personally love this pedal. I don't know what I would do without it, it's your basic volume pedal taken up 10 notches! You can do everything you've originally done with older volume pedals and more! The LEDs are also very very helpful on stage and are very bright for the stage! I love pedals that are made for live use! This is definitely worthy of that! I'm just not totally sure of it's construction yet, I've had it for a while and have treated it well but I just still don't know yet how long it'll last before it becomes a train wrecked piece of equipment. Everything looks like its made of plastic? Not sure..

You can definitely use it for any electric or electronic instrument, as it works the same no matter what you use it with. It's got more flexibility in terms of connections than most volume pedals, as it has two 1/4" inputs and two 1/4" outputs and another 1/4" output for your tuner. The pedal does require nine volt power, which isn't always the case when it comes to volume pedals. It isn't rack mountable in any way as it is a foot controlled device. UTILIZATION Once you've made your connections to the Visual Sound Visual Volume pedal, there isn't much that you need to know. Simply press the pedal all the way down to mute your sound and press it up to get full volume. This is the same with any volume pedal, but even if you don't have any experience with volume pedals, this is definitely an easy enough concept to figure out right off the bat. The pedal will also display the amount of volume you have it set at with LED lights, which is definitely helpful and unique to the Visual Sound Visual Volume. A manual is not necessary under any circumstances. SOUND QUALITY The Visual Sound Visual Volume won't affect your tone quality at all, which is exactly what you look for in a volume pedal. Since it doesn't make any sounds of it's own, all you can really ask is that it doesn't take away from your other sound. You'll definitely find this with the Visual Volume pedal, although it doesn't have true bypass. OVERALL OPINION The only downfall of the Visual Sound Visual Volume is the price. While you're definitely getting a better than average volume pedal because of the LED lights, the feel, and the flexibility in terms of connections, I'm not convinced that it is worth the asking price. Unless a volume pedal is something that you find yourself using on an everyday basis, it seems to me that a less expensive volume pedal will do the job just fine. However, I can't argue with those who want a nice and shiny volume pedal like the Visual Sound Visual Volume...

The switch features passive / active, stereo, adjustable boost and LED display are great. When I opened the pedal, I was completely captivated by the quality and cleanliness of electronic assembly. It is well organized, very very clean (no easy task, there are many components!) The design is unique. Seeing the pictures I found really ugly, but it turns out that she makes really good in person! Mine is all black, I think they're all like that, I love ... At first I could blame the race to be too thin (significantly higher than on my old Ernie Ball), but ultimately that's fine, it is very accurate and can move very quickly from position to another. I finish a little comparison with Ernie Ball volume pedals. It was a pedal much more comprehensive, more practical, somewhat customizable, just as indestructible, and, very importantly, placeable anywhere in the chain of effects (The Ernie Ball's facade BE EITHER loop effect depending on the impedance ... once purchased, the investment is final). Given the composition of a ridiculous Ernie Ball, and its disproportionate cost, I say that The Visual Sound Volume kindly demolishes the EB. Pedal almost perfect, very well thought out, for me the best, even if it is still expensive (Currently at least 120 euros via an English site ...) 8 / 10

But that ... - Rocking crmaillre - 2 / 2 out - Silent tuner output - Active / passive mode for each between - Boost adjustable for each input, active mode - LED light tmoins volume - Universal expression pedals - 9V power sector The usual default volume pedals is an acute loss of lgre same volume. The reason is simple: it is precisely Resistors variable is used to control the volume. Ms. "without" Resistors, a small loss of volume is dplorer. In addition, this loss is more important as and as one decreases the volume. To overcome this problem, Visual Sound uses a buffer (or Line Driver) rle which is to transform the signal of the high impdance bass guitar signal impdance. The signal is then less prone to losses. This is the "active" mode. A futuristic, pedals a solid, well built and well finished. UTILIZATION It is a volume pedals! Therefore not difficult to use. As against the possibilities are numerous, so be sure to read the manual: - It is possible to connect between a (mono) and get a Stereo output - It is possible to connect two inputs: Stereo or 2 instruments DIFFERENT! - For each entry you can opt for the passive or active mode (with buffer) - For each enter into active mode, it is possible to adjust the gain (boost) - With a Y-cable (1 Stereo jack of a ct and two mono jacks on the other), the pedals becomes a universal expression pedals! What could be better? Except that switches the active / passive and CONTRL gain are INSIDE the pedals. To accder it is necessary to disassemble the pedals! Not practical! For the rest of the scale is sensitive, and progressive prcise. The LED can taken from the volume prcise Manir trs, trs useful with the boost. SOUND QUALITY It is a volume pedals and boost transparency. Done its rle. OVERALL OPINION This is an excellent volume pedals. Complte, original, practical, efficient and futuristic look. A must. Its price? 140 euros. Facing an Ernie Ball, the report qualitprix is good.
