I need 6 stereo inputs (12 channels) and 4 mic inputs. An XR16 should be OK if I can use 4 of the mic inputs as line inputs.
Volume-wise, I;m assuming I can set them to be line inputs, right?

But the chief worry is phantom power. If I turn on phantom (a global setting it seems), will the equipment connected to the line inputs be bothered by the phantom power?
