I am more than satisfied with this cable which I made for a very low cost, connections between guitar amp and external speaker. Associated with jack plugs Amphenol ACPM-GN (0.99 €! Hereby) or Neutrik NP2 XB, this Tribune 225 gives excellent results. As a guide, it outperforms a Monster Cable worth the final five times more expensive! I find it more balanced and respectful of his guitar and it does wonders between a Marshall Class 5 head and excellent speakers Palmer (Eminence Governor, Man O War and Celestion V30). It is no exaggeration to say that I rediscovered the Class 5, which really seems to enjoy the Sommer cables. The connection test speaker Active monitors (Tannoy Reveal 501) was more than finding also compared to the very good yet Cordial CLS 225 TT. No doubt this cable, if available in Hi-Fi auditorium, would be sold 6 or 7 times more expensive, and I speak from experience because: I know the madness that reigns in the middle of the exceptional high-fidelity on connectivity and crazy prices out there. And if Monster continues to practice prohibitive tariffs, it is not a coincidence: the brand is first developed in the field of hi-fi premium. But back to our Sommer Tribune! Very easy to strip, it also shows easy to weld. The width of each driver are present, in the end, no harm whatsoever on Amphenol or Neutrik plug and it is not always necessary to weave the strands. I just give them a form of "dramatically" by pinching the end. An excellent cable for an incredibly low price.
