I turn on imac 24 ". Intel dual core 2 2.4 Ghz ... in Software Logic Studio (Logic Pro 8, MLainstage, etc ...)
In sound card, a motu ultralite mk3, and pramps lamps.
UTILIZATION
It took me days the software version 3. The VERSION 3 Recource now uses the computer.
Reduces Latency is now almost 0, which n'tait not the case in the Previous versions.
The avantgae: use of SSL plug in REAL TIME!
GETTING STARTED
Warning! when you put the firmware of the box day, be careful not connect the box on port Firmware duende and nothing more, the risk of ending up with an empty crab!
OVERALL OPINION
I tested the new version 3 of housing Duende Mini ...
Much better!
- Managing the effects in real time! we can now rgler effects (compressors, eq ...) and listen while recording! I'll try it ending for live config in Logic or Mainstage, imagine the sound ssl live! Genial! I have not any lag, so Grable ... For stability testing I have done for more than five hours without restarting Logic, trying a bunch of plug ... no problem!
- The reverb is simply sensational! never heard such a quality ...
- I even feel (a feeling that must be ...) that the plug (channel compressor and buses) are more effective than before, they sound better ... m'tonnerais but that did retouch the SSL algorithms ...
So I bought the verb x, x eq, the bus compressor and put the case for 128 days slots! The channel strip as original book ... It's more than enough ... Sr it is not given ... but worth it ... The comp x, drum and vocal strip strip I was not really convinced. We arrive I find a better rsultats with other plug sll ... Sound pro!
Compared UAD 2, I'd be curious to compare ... UAD simulates its own hardware but also the concurrency ... while duende uses the same algorithms as their tables numriques.
