Alto Professional announces that two APX audio amplifiers, APX1000 and APX1500 are now shipping to pro audio retailers.
The APX series of live sound amplifiers utilize digital technology, cooling fans to prevent overheating and toroidal transformers. Input connections are provided in the form of combo ¹⁄₄”-XLR. Level and clip indicators are provided for performance monitoring.
The APX1000 delivers 1000 Watts at 8 ohms bridged mono, 2 × 250 Watts at 8 ohms or 2 × 400 watts at 4 ohms. The APX1500 amp provides 1500 Watts at 8 ohms bridged mono, 2 × 350 Watts at 8 ohms, or 2 × 550 Watts at 4 ohms. Both models weigh 12.1 lbs.
