German manufacturing - custom, they agreed to give me a fretless - nickel, super finish.
Ebony fingerboard - very nice.
I look like a clone of my fretless Fender JBV - successful business, even comfort.
The rest - it is California.
Passive / Active - I love it. I use it as passive.

UTILIZATION

I love the ergonomics of the Jazz Bass - I served.
Only drawback, but really one for all items - it is the weight. It is heavy - 5.4 kg versus 4.8 kg for my JBV.

SOUNDS

I love the sound - ebony fingerboard - it sings!
With 2 possible routing pick ups we get lots of sounds - subtle fretless up "trumpet". The type of string playing tremendously - after many tests, I use the basic nickel round - I like it. I have not adopted the flat nets.

OVERALL OPINION

I love everything except the weight.
