The sound with pedals compression or overdrive pedals is sometimes seen trs punk surtravaill but corresponds to a particular style. However, I strongly recommend to play ss pedals effect on a good distribution amp such as a 1000 Fender Rumble 4x25, allow for a given maximum amplitude of tone and a really standard.
In short the sound is amazing, rendering standard, the vibration a real life, an instrument to learn, work, and respect my opinion.

The particular feature that I prfre is the kind of life we can feel playing with.
I tried several MODELS LTD 5-string type metal, and also by Squire curiosities beginners with a MODEL of this type, but not counting the acqurir.
I gained a price for the instrument carrment drisoire it, ie 350 euros with the flying box (the instrument silent in here must sell but I think the seller knew not the value of the object) ... in perfect state, new ropes 110.
In hindsight, I would do the selection eyes closed.
