The top and the inlays look wonderful. The guitar is quite gaudy looking and that's the reason I bought it. Its main problem is that it feels very fragile (I actually fear I might break it! I already broke a machine head, I had to service the frets and the hardware has rust marks, which I sort of like ^^)

UTILIZATION

Perfect neck! The frets had to be leveled in order to allow a proper neck adjustment but once I did that it's simply the best neck for me!! It's very slim (really fast) and doesn't make you tired not even after several hours. This neck is really a wonder. I think my next bass will be a Stilletto but a class above because this bass guitars have wonderful necks! It's very slim (and not very sturdy) so it's possible to make some SMALL dive-bomb effects pushing the top of the neck! Easy access to the upper frets but the heel is quite big!

The bass is perfectly well balanced and it stays in the right position, which is a good thing when you play very high notes.

It weights the same as a 5-string Rockbass Corvette.

As a summary, this bass guitar looks very nice but seems to be too fragile.

SOUNDS

A turnoff!!!

Lousy sounding pickups! The sound is poor, it has no punch and is quite dark.

I needed a long time to get a good sound.

I plan to upgrade them.

OVERALL OPINION

I've been playing it for one year.

It's a good bass guitar and it's the only one I use because it's very easy to play, but it needs to be accurately adjusted!

The main problems are the sound and the sturdiness.

Start by upgrading the pickups, then the hardware and you'll have a very good bass!
