USE

The machine is very simple to operate ... we have imprativement to put the head in the manual to understand it.
But nearly a becomes a breeze.
It takes pleasure assign each type controllers the expression pedal to see what gave ^^ as the pitch of the octave to replace a whammy ect ...
The edition of the sounds is relatively easy ... say no more.
The manual is super clear!

8/10 because it's good ... but not top-level usability ... yes I know I'm a relou ^^

Hard it going for a while ... and a model, when songs follow the sound of the AX3000G, we get bored quickly!
So yes I will pass the course! This year shook Vox AC-30 or not pressed!

This stereo pedal firmly manufactured with aluminum frame contains all the elements necessary to the guitarist. Tuner, distortion, delay, reverb, modulation chorus, flange, talk box ... a pre-fx including flange, auto wah, Guitar synth, octaver, compressor ... It also has an expression pedal that can be used for wah (3 types) or the volume. It is possible to calibrate the expression pedal.
It also has an amp simulator and speakers. The AC15 amps ranging from classic and modern U.S. 30 through the simulation of acoustic amp. Regarding pregnant is full enough as it can find the classic 4x12 through a 4x10 or 2x12 and much more.
Element really handy and quite rare in this kind of tool is the ability to select the type of output at which the animal is connected. We have the choice between three types of amps or Line. The latter is very useful to connect a sound card to record or to exit directly to a PA system.
There is no lamp but the distortion sounds are hot and powerful.
The connection is complete since we can find the following:

We also find a volume knob that is output on the headphone and overall volume. Another very useful option because it is not necessary to go into the presets to make this adjustment.

The power supply is external and is a 9 volt transformer solid bill.

UTILIZATION

The configuration of the pedal is simple but one must take a little time to bosser the manual. The latter is clear and precise. However, all programming and editions is fairly intuitive.
The only downside we could make is this: there are so many opportunities that sometimes it feels not to use the machine to its full potential. Conversely, you can be sure you will not have the same sound as your neighbor, also owner of the AX 3000G!

SOUND QUALITY

I must first say that I play mostly metal. The effects are very very good, especially distos associated simulators amp and speakers. The delays are also excellent. I had a Boss ME 25 and I can assure you that the Korg is well above.
Some effects are unnecessary and destroy ears like the drone and fashion ring. They are useless gadgets to my senses.
At present working on electro-acoustic project, my 3000g AX will still be my companion as I can find an excellent sound thanks to the acoustic simulation and speakers.

To play live I associate with pré-amp/compresseur/équaliseur Presonus Eureka and sound phonic 620 2X100 Watts I use stereo. I can assure you that this rather unusual config sends heavy!

OVERALL OPINION

I use this pedal for 6 years. I owned a Digitech RP1, a Zoom 505 II and a Boss ME 25.
Only the Digitech can bear comparison. Zoom meanwhile was convenient to play on vacation with headphones and batteries. The distortion was not bad at all on this little model. As for the Boss, in my opinion, the sound card is absolutely leak!
Some models have had problems with output level is changed only. The mine has experienced this symptom disappeared by itself after a few days ...
I've had six years. Pedal, the most used (number 3) is starting to show signs of fatigue with a difficult trip but it is manageable.
When I bought my Korg gear was fairly expensive at the time in relation to other similar products, but I would do this choice without hesitation.

Manual clear, lacks a bit of info about noon (I've never used head way)

to note the existence of a sequencer to vary almost any effect parameter. Editing is a bit daunting but few multi effects offer this kind of thing so good.

Note a: insert a loop to add the pedals or super store that you absolutely want to keep ..

Info for the sound bank used was developed by Korg and is used in the TONELAB vox ... for far more expensive (a lamp pre amp plus it's true ..)

I got between 2008 and 2011. There are almost all standard effects, some more effects a little more chiadés. This is a digital version of multi pedals.

UTILIZATION

Find his own sound is still a little long on this type of machines. Against by editing presets seemed easy, and enjoyable menus. The manual is sufficient.

SOUND QUALITY

Simus and the effects of various barrels: there is good (the sims are not bad overall, firms correct the reverbs and delays), and less good (chorus blah, octaver latency makes it virtually unusable, the wah with a race so weak did not much interest) and even disgusting (acoustic simulator, flanger rocket, whaaaaargmmy ...). Clear sound level is correct, and there is a true bypass. Distos level is the simulation, but playing on associations simulation amp sims + + HP compressor, we manage to find a grain lot. In my memory, it is not suitable for playing too big of metal, but rather to rock. Finally, the step sequencer is a gadget with no real practical use.

OVERALL OPINION

3 years of use. I liked its versatility. I tried a lot of models in zoom in roland boss in among Tech21. I rather liked this machine, and I sold to get more complexity (yes, yes), I went on a GX700 computer and squarely, and not because it suited me more noise level. I hesitated to redeem occas me to use MIDI controller for its strength (it is VERY tough, like all Roland family of products that I've played), but I have not done . The effects that I did not like are the effects I use usually, so no worries for me. I recommend a beginner guitarist in effects.

Beautiful mulit effects, imposing, breathing quality, it has everything you can ask, effects galore, ultra complete connectivity, buttons jes pretty lights everywhere, we feel that it can handle shocks.

UTILIZATION

In use, after a quick look, we feel confident quickly and can easily grind sounds, it is easily tamed and have many effects settings, the identification is complete, we get lost easily. Great ergonomics.
To use all the functions you need to bone up on the manual, especially the enslavement of the expression pedal effects to certain parameters, or the ESS gives very interesting results.

I use it for one month before I use a chorus pedal, buy cheap 20 years ago and has an overdrive lights I installed in the effects loop.

I think I would do this choice, however, it is also interesting to have a pedal next to personnalié even its sound.

I do not return on the technical characteristics set out in numerous opinions and ... in its data sheet. In summary:

UTILIZATION

SOUND QUALITY

As a preamble I would say that I see many comments on this or other multi-effect that seems to ignore the other elements of the chain (guitar, amp, sound system, etc. ...). Sounds to me are very good and can be judged by plugging a (good) headphones to the jack corresponding AX3000G. So I appreciated the extent of possibility of the craft and that is how I prepare my sounds, leaving me to repeat them only small adjustments with respect to the amp used and the sound system.
I think that when using a multi-effects (especially lorqu'il includes amp simulation), it is better to have an amp behind as neutral as possible because otherwise you can reach a large boiled quelquesoit sound quality multi-effects and the amp. Me I use the clean channel of a small Roland Cube 60.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year. Bought 169 euros from Thomann. I had a problem on it (down unwanted noise). He is exchanged against a new one -> no complaints.
Very good value for money. I just hope that the Chinese manufactures are treated well ... and yes in our enthusiasm we must not forget that all these materials are a nice bargain prices through the exploitation of workers / esclaves...et the detriment of our local industry).

The expression pedals is excellent, solid and prcise.

The tuner: as usual, quality of Korg. A REFERENCE in terms of precision.

UTILIZATION

A Premire view, in terms of rglage, knobs, etc. ... was very much like the old AX1500G.
But ultimately, the resemblance s'arrte outright because the edition sounds really complicated on this bcp + 3000G. The transition to the MIDI (which is a lesser evil) is probably bcp. Edit sound is no longer as simple as the 1500G and is a must dive at least in the manual for matriser a little bit of the possibilities rglages numerous enough of the beast, including all opportunities with the expression pedals.

We can go far bcp + publisher and the combination of sounds, but the blow is less intuitive.

The switches would still be able to even better damn .... the plastic is not my cup of tea ...

Lgre dception however for echo / delay / reverb ....
For me c'tait a big highlight of the AX1500G, which alone justified the purchase of a Korg over another brand ... but I do not see the amlioration in this area ... too bad.

I think the ratio q / p compar simply amazing competition!

Not only found the full range of effects + simus usual (with a sound quality as good +), but the 3000G + finally managed to draw his Pingle game on the market a bit of multi sclros -fx, which I got, simply bcp too simulate analog. The possibilities are finally sound + wider than usual.

AdrenaLinn fans, I highly recommend a look at this pdalier.

UTILIZATION

TRS is simple! Just read the manual! It's been only a few hours I have and have fun as a little crazy to trade my pRSET ^ ^. Each effect can be associated with the expression pedals and it's very practical! I mean for most of the effects pedals expression is associated with the volume, but it can also be associated with the gain to a distortion for example, or when the bass or medium etc ... The vintage sounds are nice but I use them more for tripper q'autre choses.Bref if you look for big distos go your way ...

I use it only for a few hours and it is really easy to use trs. The sounds are really good for distos qualitsa hand. Before testing I had to test a OCASI GT8 from home boss, he seemed much more complex but there were also many more effects. Distos taient And also much better. In c'tait not even the same price: 450 300 WG8 against the AX3000! At this price it's pretty halucinant! I admit that the price influenced me a lot before buying this multi purpose but I do not regret at all because it is really good quality trs!
