Produced by some because it addresses a "public" semi professional bump in a format fully numrique therefore external converters or console numrique good range.

My config: MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz, Cubase 4, Spirit Digital 328. Adat and therefore all connections.

UTILIZATION

Rel worry-free installation if not at the time of my passage on Lopard (Mac OSX 10.5), a lot of problem reading the clock numrique (word clock). The map is difficult to synchronize the clock trs console via the ADAT or BNC port. The Mac had several amme Kernel Panic (equivalent to a blue screen on a PC), which is restarting the Barbarian ...
In addition, the card disappears (over her), another ds pripherique uses the firewire bus on the Mac (as in 400 800), in my case I ds turns on my hard external hard drive connected to Mac via firewire 800 (which in Thor is totally indpendant). This concern existed when dja j'tais under Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4).

So should srieusement a review for M Audio.

GETTING STARTED

Once stabilized in the schmilblick clock, no problem, easy to use and if only one works in 24 bits, the dynamics are well respected plutt.
Cubase was ACCS all inputs or 36 outputs in total.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been about a year I use it, but three months of galre of the strong instability in Lopard trs. I think change to a RME Fireface 800 is not the same price that's right ...
However, for users other than Mac OS X 10.5 is a super card trs well for those who think at all numrique.

So a good product when demand even be improved.
