Thread Loopback 5-6 inputs missing

1 Loopback 5-6 inputs missing
Afternoon!

My Focusrite 4i4 3rd Gen was working perfectly, recorded several podcasts, then I plugged it in and for no apparent reason the loopback inputs 5-6 are no longer showing in Focusrite Control, but all the other four are. AFAIK nothing should have changed so I'm at a loss. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, disabled the firewall to see if that was interfering and searched various forums, but can't see any reason for this.

Any advice?
