Thread Only audio from first XLR port

As a total newbie, this is probably a very dumb question, but here goes.
Setup:
- Focusrite Scarlett 18i8
- 4 XLR microphones
- USB cable, connected to PC
- Microsoft Teams active on PC. Focusrite USB is recognized as microphone, and selected

Whatever sound that is generated by the first microphone (left XLR port), works perfectly.
However, the other 3 microphones do not generate any sound in Teams. When I start the Focusrite control, the green bars indicate incoming sound for all 4 Mics. However, only the sound of Mic1 goes through.

Any ideas ? What am I missing ?
