Pre-amp with an overdrive channel type Vox.
Everything is analog.

We find the following settings:
- Volume
- Middle
- Low
- High
- Character (you can thicken your sound, and yet this knob offers far more subtle)
- Drive (you can manage your gain distortion)

UTILIZATION

For configuration, it provided some preset paper to discover a little different type of sound you may have. Which is appreciable.

However later on the sound you'll want to get it, you may spend some time in your triffouiller knobs.

This pedal really does offer a wide range of sounds by going to its saturated soft sounds that new exiting. (For fans watching the big big sound simulator mesa california =)



SOUND QUALITY

I can not tell you if it's typically a Vox. As said in an earlier opinion, these pedals have their own personality.

The sound on the other hand is really good. I used to play some sort of punk and the popping sound that you can do with this pedal are really impressive.

But I play a bit today to discover new sound more "rock" blues. "

I play a Epiphone Les Paul and a Fender amp.

However, the pre-amp side of this pedal. If you plug it into a sound system will force you to rework the sound on your table. Personally I prefer to use it on an amp transplanted into the microphone. It maintains a relatively large punch.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for more than 6months.

Before opting for this pedal I tested many such effect through the end Boss, a RAT, the disto lamps Vox (bigben etc. ..), big muff, ibanez and then the covers Tech-21 .

I tested all models starting with the california that was too big for my taste it then I moved in turn by the British, the Leeds, the blonde etc. ..

The only one I selected was the liverpool for its wide range of sound (more than the others I find to my liking) and for his sound. I'm not expert enough in fact to sell you that sound. But we must try to understand.

I do it again this election if I found nothing that could better serve my need that pedal.
