The Dragon-Skin acoustic strings feature DR's K3 coating
According to the company, “players have said Dragon-Skin acoustic guitar strings have less unwanted overtones, more volume and greater articulation than standard uncoated strings, ” with no further explanation than the use of DR’s “K3” coating on all – strings.
The sets are available in standard gauges: DSA-11 (11–50), DSA-12 (12–54) and DSA-13 (13–56).
