Value For Money : Excellent
Everything is original U.S. but final assembly is in Japan, which is a nice guitar "Made In Japan" ... Too bad!

As regards the technical characteristics:
-Bridge Bigsby
-Maple neck and ebony fingerboard.
-Two Humbucker pickups Hilo'Tron
Two-switch for choice of mic positions and resonance microphones.
Grover-Mechanical
-22 Frets
-3 Potentiometer: 1 master volume, 1 bridge volume, neck volume 1.

Everything exudes simplicity and quality.

UTILIZATION

The handle is nice, it easily takes in hand and to my surprise is very light.

Access to acute is limited (This is a Venetian cutaway ES therefore nothing on this point)

One can easily get a good sound fun with switch.

SOUNDS

Amps used: VOX AC4, Fender Princeton Reverb, Marshall JM1C 50Th Edition.

Very soft (or soft for some) in clean ... Perfect for the Bon Iver example.
But the most interesting comes with a light overdrive from the amp, its bold, distinctive jazz / blues.
Put him Fuzz pedal (Zvex for me) and it becomes grandiose, its typical hard blues / hard rock.

It easily digested my pedalboard, however it excels in the natural ... There's no need to add boxes, light overdrive or distortion Marshall is ample case!

OVERALL OPINION

I have since 2011, purchased new at the time he produced to order (9 month wait).

I tried several of Gibson ES175 and some Gretsch, I just preferred the sound of the Gretsch typed on.

Pus Interestingly, the switch resonance combined with the classic selection switch microphones.

Very good quality / price ratio, however the "Made In Japan" really work for a guitar of this price ... With hindsight I'd rather pointed me towards a Gretsch White Falcon home.
