«  My best card! »

Value For Money : Excellent
The motivation for my purchase was the 24 inputs / outputs of this card, the RME brand (no longer to prove it) and the ability to couple préamplies VIAT ADAT port.
I use it for semi-professional use, for the moment I only use 8 inputs with a Focusrite MK2 ... in the future I intend to spend my config 24in/24out with converters qualities.

UTILIZATION

Super stable drivers never had a concern with RME is the costo ...
Cubase it rolls, almost no 0.7 milliseconds it seems latency buffer set to 512 ... Windows 7 64 bit
Currently 8 tracks simultaneously it works very well, I tested with 24 inputs on a Yamaha M7CL with no worries ...
Can update 2 in 8 years ...

GETTING STARTED

Easy PCI installation, I struggled a bit to set it with my 01V notament for ADAT sync settings etc ... but now everything is functional.
The manual is in English the damage I find myself in the French version, but hey nothing serious at this level ...
Maybe now the card is sold with the manual in French.

OVERALL OPINION

Almost 10 years of good service I hope to continue for another 10 years .... lol
I like the stability of the excellent qualities RME converters and a very good value for money!
I would do without this choice problem.
