OVERALL OPINION

This guitar is my first and remains my favorite, I have tried other folks but this is the queen. Remember, this is rather successful copy of the Gibson J200. I did not buy it, so I can not really talk about value for money but Ibanez is not a very expensive brand in general and this guitar is really excellent ...

UTILIZATION

The handle very nice, the box is wide and thick as is comfortable. At first it's a bit surprising, but then you quickly get used to this round.

Personally, I climb ropes Martins Bronze Extra Light. I tried quite a few strings and I think those are the ones who put it most in value.

The sound is well balanced, accurate, delicate. In contrast to previous opinion, the bass is full and can s'avérées powerful depending on how you play. This guitar bends at all ... the delicate hairline to hitting it hard still sounds accurately.

This guitar is a pleasure. It's been over 20 years that I played and despite many escapades to other brands / models, I have not found better.

For those who often use the latest freight, the shape of the body makes them somewhat difficult to access. Only small downside. That said, between changing the body to give access to the latest scores or leave it in for no mas modify the sound. I agree without hesitation to the second proposal.

At first the strings Martins are a bit too metal, but it passes very quickly and cruising settles quickly.

The choice of chords is essential. Once, I did change the mechanical properties by a luthier and I made it with another type of string. I thought I had the gun. But after reassembling the Martins, I have found my Ibanez. Like what ... we should say: have you tried other couples Guitar / Strings.

I use this guitar for over 20 years and if I broke it one day, I would look exactly the same.
