OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month and I've tested a lot of other sources, viola, acoustic guitar, shaker, electric guitar, bass.
I tried a lot of large diaphragm condenser microphones with his older brother (U87) and it is mostly the price that motivated my choice.
It has a strong proximity effect gives the body a lot of female voices but against part-it does not suit me on male voices.
The downside is that it does not have a variable directivity and lacks an attenuator.
For the rest, it does the job and for the price (on occasion) I remake this purchase without hesitation.
