BSH model manufactured Bédarieux 1998.

Bought used because it is a lag and a more classic Roxanne, ie with the table flat (not domed), and I have found it more refined, more classy, and ... Sexiest ...

Her dress is black with translucent painted at the flamed maple top, really beautiful ...

When bought, it was equipped with a kit EMG Zakk Wylde badly wired ...

Truly a beautiful violin, really class, beauty and good work ...

UTILIZATION

A very good handle, nice accurate and fast, very good mechanical oil bath. Action set relatively low and NO FRISE ...

The microphones are fitted as original, to my taste, a bit light given the violin and I put the kit to put an EMG SH2 and SH4, printing in paragraph sound ...

The guitar is pretty heavy, and compared with a Vigier, less comfortable and less balanced, and if allowed to weightlessness, the body weight outweighs the handle takes some getting used to monitor this trend to meet the handle.

SOUNDS

Whether with the original pickups (split-No) or Seymour SH2 and SH4 (in split-Montes), guitar rather versatile, comfortable everywhere but really well-known character: a very good guitar.

So, I had purchased second-hand kit with EMG Zakk Wylde wired incorrectly, so test first rather average, but with a background sound that ... Upon purchase, I equipped with the SH2 and SH4 for 3 / 4 month. One morning, I found the kit EMG and decided to go back on ROXANNE respecting the recommended wiring for 2 volumes and a common tone, and then plugged into my Mesa, N. .. D. .. !

THE BIG SOUND! The ultra successful marriage of a very good violin with excellent microphones. So I finished off the wiring, carefully designed with a back plate with a hatch for the battery of active pickups. To believe that it was planned ... The for ...

This LAG equipped with EMG 81 and 85 is really a Lead Guitar ... Sustain with the devil ...

OVERALL OPINION

So it's been a little over 2 years that I have this guitar became my lead. I have read and understood that the EMG and in particular the 81 was dry and cold ... To be humble opinion, it depends on the violin and ... that is sent with the guts ... Depending on the settings and effects that are stuck you can type in creamy blues or metal although rare.

As for the price, 550 euros for the guitar with the kit and its former EMG electronics, 100 euros for 2 Seymour Duncan (used) and about 30 euros various stuff.
Oh, and LAG hard case I had a hard time finding 60 euros.

Total: 740 euros, and again, I can sell the 2 Seymour, but I keep ...

In conclusion, a P. .. guitar with a P. .. sound, so the stories are really secondary money .... But emotionally, it has a P. .. value ...!
