BT is the name of the new programable MIDI foot controller series designed by Positive Grid for wireless control of iOS and Mac devices.
This new series, that will be available this Spring, features two models: the BT-2 has two footswitches while the BT-4 offers four foot controls. They both can be used for remote wireless control of MIDI app parameters on iOS (the Positive Grid JamUp and Bias apps, but also GarageBand or Auria…) and Mac OS X. Positive Grid used Bluetooth 4.0 technology to transmit MIDI messages between the controllers and the apps.
Both BT-2 and BT-4 can receive an additional footswitch or expression pedal via the 1/4 jack input and on the four-button version, you can also connect a guitar (1/4” jack), your iOS (1/8” mini jack) and output in mono or stereo thanks to the dual 1/4” outs.
Both models are battery powered (two AA batteries required).
