The Ohm Force Hematohm is a frequency shifter plug-in that is compatible with a variety of systems.  It was an overall quick installation process as I was able to download the plug-in and install it within a few minutes.  The interface of the software is user friendly with simple parameters to play around with.  The parameters it has include tempo/BPM, amount, mode, time, direct, feedback, attack, release, and waveform.  All users should be able to figure out this pretty quickly and for this reason I don't believe that a manual is necessary.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Thus far, I haven't had any issues running the Ohm Force Hematohm plug-in.  I'm currently running the plug-in on a Mac Book Pro that has a 2.2 Ghz Intel 2 Core Duo processor and 4 GB of RAM and I run it in Pro Tools LE 7.4.  I run Pro Tools with a Digi 002R audio interface or a Digidesign Micro Box depending on where I am working from.  Within this configuration, I can't say I've ever had any problems running this plug-in.  It doesn't take up much processing power as I'm able to run a few of them at a time if I need to.  I've only been running the plug-in for a few weeks as this is a new purchase for me.

OVERALL OPINION

In my opinion, the Ohm Force Hematohm is an outstanding plug-in.  It has a top notch sound and is incredibly easy to use.  I'm liking Ohm Force more and more these days as I find them to make some stellar plug-ins at a very reasonable price.  In addition to its clean and versatile sound bank, it has a great price that will make it affordable for professionals and amateurs alike.  If you are a student you get 50% off!  All in all, I'd definitely recommend at least trying out the demo of this plug-in as you will probably end up buying it!
