At Summer NAMM in Nashville from July 21st to July 24th 2011, booth #730, Kemper GmbH are presenting the shipping version of the Kemper Profiling Amplifier with signature profiles taken from guitar amps from several studios.
The Kemper Profiling Amplifier was unveiled at this years’ Winter NAMM in Anaheim, California and was designed to offer a new approach to creating guitar amplifier sounds with digital technology. Rather than modeling one single amp after the personal taste and idea of one developer, with the Kemper Profiling Technology the guitar player can bring his own personal guitar amp into the digital domain for tweaking and sound design as well as taking his signature amps sound with him in a lunch box size device.
Since not every guitar player has a setup for pro tone at his disposal, Kemper have captured a range of special guitar amps in studio environments for the default sound bank which comes with the Kemper Profiling Amplifier.
