- 2 +1 system with two satellites so (2 x 6 W) and subwoofer (20 W).
- Connection via a stereo mini jack line output on the sound card of the computer.
- Interrupetur on / off and volume control on the overall satellite left. The bass level is adjusted on the subwoofer itself.
- Power supply via an external transformer.
- Large cable length between the satellites (2 m) ... but there are plenty of cables entering the enclosure, power supply, the audio signal, the signal to the satellites, and finally, adjusting the level of all. They could do without a link, there are enough "packets of noodles" behind the computers! !

The satellites are all plastic, very compact, light (very very very light) and rear-facing (good). The box (about 20 cm cube) has a HP on the lower side. The broad rubber feet give this small space are essential to its operation

Sound: not bad for the price (paid 50 euros, 70 euros but sold in stores), but not transcendent either. No mix possible with this system, because everything tends to sound the same way! The medium is a little hollow, lightweight satellites also playing on the psychological perception of sound. Subtlety is not appropriate.

on the other hand, for games, it's perfect.

Adjusting the subwoofer is present (although located on the box), which is a very good point, because this kind of toy can make a very little hit musical if there is no possibility of setting.

The only comparison I can make is with two Harman Kardon satellites originally sold with Dell, which had more body, but no serious system (2.0 only).

To summarize: Pros are the frequency range, the size, the sound very correct to unitilisation multimedia. The negatives are that the sound reproduction is not up to use music, particularly due to too light satellites.

With experience, I would choose a more serious course, but unfortunately at a higher price ... In this world, there are no free lunches!

Funny little update ... : On, these speakers use 6 W power, and off, 3 W!! (Measured with a Power Meter Professional). Yes yes, your equipment is not supposed to be turned on (there is no memory to power, that I know?), And well it consumes 3W. Quick calculation: assuming you ever not in use, and well over a year, you consume 26.3 kW.h, 1 month and a half of the annual consumption of a large refrigerator 300 liters.
I made other discoveries of similar ... The printer, the reader K7 ... well off (not standby!) use electricity.
