Thread No signal in Mac

Hello, when I connect my Komplete Audio 2 to my Mac it its recognized, yet no sound is received. I use a microphone which requires phantom power, I think there's no problem with that because the Komplete Audio shows the blue lights as usual. I use logic for recording, I've opened and closed my projects with no results. However, when I used a gain plugin and maxed both plugin and interface gain logic received some signal... I've tested the input with zoom and garage band too with no results so im starting to get a bit worried.
