guitar pedals overdrive / distortion numrique
UTILIZATION
Trs simple configuration. Not need the manual.
SOUND QUALITY
To be honest, I bought this PDAL seeking an overdriven sound in English, a bit dirty, budget of less than 100 euros and analog technology (I did not in my numrique insert string guitar to the amp, I put that in the effects loops). My local music store about the boss OD3 me, but I wanted to compare the Boss OD3, the Boss Blues driver and finally the Dyna Drive, which showcase silent but the seller did not try and did not know.
Conclusion: the sound of the OD3 is excellent, surprising for a Boss, trs ractif natural dynamics, same for the Blues driver (the difference between the two ears is not immediately indeed, they trs trs are close and the bluesy amricaine). It was the turn of the Dyna drive and I found the sound I was looking for: more dirty, but the attack ractif fuzz pushing the drive.
I bought it and when I got home, I realized it numrique silent (on the site of Boss). I almost take the car and change it directly without giving it a chance because I thought it might finally dnaturer my signal, not to bear with my other pedals comparasion my amp lights etc., and then I did not want numrique for such purpose, let prfrant of delay, reverb etc..
Nanmoins, I forced myself to leave my prjugs ct and I tested all the APRS noon in an Orange amp class A and a Fender Deluxe Reverb . To my astonishment, the pedals sound really can not know that she is numrique, even when the volume down at the end of note, the volume dcrot trs naturally. You can have sounds or Laney VC30 Vox type, but rather thin, sandy trs effective rhythmic or arpges, the notes dtach well: just three knobs rgler the volume, drive and Tone .
I'm really trs tonn and I keep it perfectly complte my setup.
OVERALL OPINION
I just possd prs everything is done in terms of pedals for 20 years and I have sold the most to keep only 3 or 4 MODELS trs typs .
The report price is excellent quality (85 euros).
I think this wins pedals into an amp all lamps to maintain the strong momentum of the amp and have the crunch of the pedals. I do not know what would happen in a transistor amplifier and formulation, in which case I might be taking a more high-end pedals to compensate.
NB: I found the perfect combination by plugging the APRS my Boss pedals Mojo Green that a mule Fender lamps (PDAL absolutely OUTSTANDING! But trs CHRE http:/ / fr.audiofanzine.com / amp-simulator guitar / mojo-France / Mister-Green /): it's a beautiful al, shuffled Fender and Vox.
Another particular feature that can drisoire stepfather for most of you, but the classic biker understand me: it has exactly the old gold color of my Honda 750 Four in 1975, more reason for the acqu RIR.
