Reissue of the legendary TS808 modified by Robert Keeley.
Replacement of original components with new, rare and sorted, in this case the famous flea 1982 (JRC4558) plus other technical tinkering (I'm not really good at electronics ...).
The switch has also been changed to a "classic Keeley.

The settings modified by Keeley result in an improved tone control for a more open or closed, a widening of the drive control for a more saturated or bright.
The settings are fine and numerous: they quickly found what you seek and what we never imagined even find ...
The amendments provide full transparency and an overall net reduction of noise, adjusting the bass and midrange offering for its better sound quality simply (at least to my ears, the question remains relatively subjective ...).

THE sound "Tubescreamer" ...
On the clean channel of my Marshall head with Strat mounted its got the 57/62 is one of the most beautiful sounds crunch / blues I have ever heard.
I also use the TS808 to boost the saturation of the amp with Start or Les Paul, the result is exceptional both in terms of dynamics or the overall quality of sound, the color given vintage, always respectful of the material .

The TS808 is one of the very best pedals I've tried these last 20 years in its class it is for me the best: the grain most authentic performance combined with stratospheric!
