A guitar in top quality / price ratio. Excellent sound, a violin correctly. For me, unlike the other view, there is no tone control, but a push-pull on the volume that split the humbucker and the other pots is a 3 position selector.
In short, a good buy that person ruin.

fullbazar's review (Squier - Vintage Modified Squier '51 [2004-2006])

By fullbazar, 26/10/2005
Squier is the entry level with the MODEL, so I guess its Asian manufacturing
22 frets
Two microphones: a simple oblique (Channel) and a double splittable (Raise the Volume button) in the bridge position
Micro configuration (the second button is a switch) Channel / Channel + Bridge Single / Bridge / Single Channel + Bridge Double / Double Bridge)
Fixed bridge (I think, I only use rarely trs vibrato and I have not checked)
Volume 1 and a Roto-Switch (adroute to beginners, but few guitarists who use their Guitar Tone)
pais handle more than Fender, round profile

UTILIZATION

The handle is enjoyable despite its thickness
The acute and Access in the same as for a stratum
I tried sitting, it remains stable without dsquilibre
The sound is OK, without being transcendent: it was 5 with tonal possibilities carractres Marqus

SOUNDS

This is a guitar that incorporates the principles dear Lo Fender: Simple and effective
The blues is simple and twice more rock, which makes us versatility. APRS in an amplifier or a multi effect sound is primarily what makes electronic.

OVERALL OPINION

I just tried in the store. j'tais liked its looks, the micro config and price
The violin is trs correct, the microphones are somewhat common. report quality / price exclent.
This is a guitar that you can buy or Premire deuxime guitar and a microphone can change that long custody

SOUNDS

I would say all kind of music I play on a small Marchall 2w but I tried on a ENGL Fireball patate.tous and what types of sound thanks to the Tone knob

OVERALL OPINION

A month of use, look terrible, the report is perfect qualitprix nothing to say, for someone looking for a low price guitar big sound and vintage look, c "is all it takes!

A real little killer (Squier - Vintage Modified Squier '51 [2004-2006])

By Amok_, 17/02/2012
Buy in February 2012 for € 150 with house, pickguard changed

The handle 51 is a telecaster with a body of stratocaster
Single neck pickup and bridge pickup double (humbucker) - only 2 microphones
A nice retro lock, good workmanship and design in relation to its price range.
Fairly light weight - the change is needed pickguard (poor quality of the original)

UTILIZATION

At the game, you have to expect you can do with a true telecaster: it is comfortable at stake in agreement, but the thickness of the handle does not help telecaster solo fast.

SOUNDS

The 51 appears to be very good for rhythm (better than a yamaha pacifica) and also able to solo.
It sounds pretty root and is suitable for rock / blue / jazz but also world music and pop.
It is effective for clean sounds or crunch (overdrive bonnne), on the other hand it is not made for large distortion (exit the hard, grunge rock and other very heavy)

OVERALL OPINION

This is my second electric guitar, I own a yamaha pacifica 812W (or 804W, I do not know)
In the end it satisfies me because I'm in a register crunch / overdrive and is not a fan of metal.
I think changing the microphone to make a real small one killer because it has everything a great!
