Best Service announces the launching of Voyager Drums, a sample library that was introduced at NAMM 2015 in January.
Voyager Drums, that we told you about in this previous news, features two Yamaha Maple Custom and Recording Custom drum kits recorded with three mic positions using Neumann, Sennheiser, AKG, Rode and Shure models, 5 round robins and 16 velocity layers. You can choose between three setups (full kits with all the mic positions, Overhead and Direct).
The GUI in the Best Service Engine 2 also offers attack and decay controls for the three mic positions, pan for the direct take, as well as an effect section with compressor, limiter, EQ and distortion, and a Trigger Sample section with delay and pitch controls allows for adding synthetic drum sounds and create new sounds.
Last, the collection ships with a selection of MIDI grooves and fills that can be arranged in a dedicated section or use in your favorite DAW.
Voyager Drums is available for the introductory price of 79 € instead of 99 € until March 15th at www.bestservice.de.
