Akg WMS 40 which was not diversity, the receiver carries slightly less!
How do you rate the quality / price?
Well, because for the price it is still not bad!
With experience, you do again this choice? ...
I would go on the SLX series, because I am disappointed with the range of the receiver outside this is awful!, Transmission happens fast enough saturation, even with the-10db setting, if you have someone who sends strong into the microphone.

Pros: clear sound, immediate response the way, does not stick to the larsens Beta 58A capsule is perfect.

Purchased in June 2011 because I wanted to complete the wireless microphone that I have to say the AKG WMS40.
What is so special that you love the most, least?
the + good micro hand 58 Of course the beta is working well, be careful to adjust the level of the cap-10db otherwise for the song or when the person drives a bit like that saturates the receiver. At -10 better! The finish of the whole is good, although the practical carrying case fits easily transformer. The configuration of the channel IR is well thought out.

The - the battery life is poor, I use rechargeable 2000mA of room and they are empty in 5-6 hours, while the AKG was much longer. Then the scope of the system disappointed me, outdoors, it is hardly better than the akg not diversity. He won quite easily. I really thought to live up to a Sennheiser EW100 my friend uses and ben's wireless system is much further.
Last, the batteries let go without warning, the light turns red on the mic and over!

I would go on a model SLX series rackmount, the range is better and they drop much less easily.

"I had the AKG and Shure PG58 nothing to do

-I like the sound, clear and precise and an incredible punch (it is more accurate than the PG58 it is well suited to my way, little noise and handled very well soundproofed. Two LR6 super economic

- The least: There are antennas and is the only downside in the rack

-The price / quality ratio is average for a micro but a BETA58 c is also cella that I buy a bass .... for that very good quality. No problem of dropping out.
