Thread Xenyx 1002 right output problem

Hello guys,

My Xenyx 1002 doesn't output the right channel in the main out channel (The 2nd output works fine). I have to turn up the master fader to +10db to make it work for a while, but there's distortion in the sound.
I've change input channels and cables but nothing worked.
