Reu before yesterday (ordered from Musicstore, delivered in one week, perfect packaging) and branch without delay on my head RH50T.
Well built (plywood 18 mm), well finished (Black Tolex), grille and logo fawn "Vintage" (we like it or not), not too heavy (21kg) and easy to handle (2 grips with mtal each ct), the box Submitted good.
The HP are two Celestion Vintage 30 16 ohm-spoke parallle => 8 Ohms. Power handling ad: 100 watts.
Whereas good enough blabla Aesthetics and technique: hook up the!
What strikes one first is the increased precision of sound, thanks to vintage 30. No serious drool and invade the rest of the sound spectrum, the rich and mediums Submitted, treble matriss. Nothing do with G12t75, caractriss a "hollow" in the mediums.
I guess that HP will evolve in time and indulge in the bass that are a little "stiff", which helps the impression of sharpness gnrale. Lovers of sounds like "we can turn the bass player" for a 4x12 optereont (aouch, my back!) Or other HP. The rest is the great slap. Finally, I hear what I play (sometimes it trsdstabilisant!) And the EQ of the amp I use something other than dsormais rduire the frquences Drang.
Driven by the curiosities j'enlverai may one day be part of the removable rear panel for audio will appreciate the diffrence.
I tried a Behringer 412S and frankly, I stopped after 5 min. No precision, no sound pressure (the last straw for a 4x12) and ... the impression that I was going to exploded if I pushed the volume!
With a budget of 300 euros, we are not losing (a vintage dj 30 Cost 100 euros, do the rest of the calculation if you need to buy wood grips, Tolex and c).
Makes you wonder how other brands of speakers fourguent less bloody (in the chipboard or MDF), with HP second-price suprieurs!
I intend to use it for many years. The question again the same choice would arise in case of loss or theft. But the conditions scabies (price / quality I plunged back without hsiter.
One complaint (but I do the hard l): the front panel could be inclined it to improve the distribution when the baffle is possible even the floor.
UPDATE: I chang the meantime head to a Laney amp GH50L. The Framus is still comorte bien.Petit downside: the Tolex is not trsrsistant. It remains to find a bag (I'm still looking ...) or a beefier Tolex (which would be an opportunity to make a remake or qquechose Snakeskin look like that, what I really tried )
