Ok, the KM 402 has a short month.
It is not rack mountable, but it does not matter for my use.
I regret that there is no output Balanced XLR ... But I bought knowingly.
The parametric equalizer is, and everyone navigate the proposed règlagles! (6 in all thanks to the large data wheel)
The effect of section 3 KAOSS PAD is built on the touchpad! The sound effects are really great! No complaints on this point is 100% creative and intuitive!
So this is a table with digital processor, which gives a really Excellent! no saturation is expected.
The first way can be assigned to a microphone.
I put 8 for features because the conection is not complete
UTILIZATION
Operation is simple! It's plug and play you could say. However, I suggest you still read the manual as with any purchase, in order to know all the possibilities from the start!
For the electro house mix is great, and even the scratcher recognize themselves in the effects! (Under videos on the net)
The crossfader is also set to launch points of the music. However, it is aps quite linear in its Coubre, but what does he cut it!
The only problem is that it goes quickly into the red (but not saturated eh!) And must therefore réausser level before attacking a stack of amps. Problem solved for me, a simple crossover.
I put 8 for use, due to low output.
SOUNDS
This table is made transparent, all the knobs all the way (and there is gain when all is thoroughly, I can tell you) and no breath comes out!
The processor is that the sound is really good and does not saturate!
The equalizer is as mentioned above, efficient and personalized.
I put 9 for the sound that is very good.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it since then 1small months, and I am completely satisfied! I was new to € 319, and for me it could be sold much more expensive in terms of quality.
What I like most:
Sound quality
The build quality and finish (beautiful!)
The quality and the effects hit single touch pad!
The crossfader cut very well
Parametric equalizers according to the style of music and the person
The fact that the knobs are well spaced
What I like least:
The incomplete connection
The fact that it goes quickly into the red (gain 10H)
The small potato which results from previous
No PFL effects, but they dint know by heart
I have not tried many models before, but have heard a lot jen.
As said above, it could be sold more expensive. Because it has really good sales pitch! So I think the price / quality ratio is simply Excellent.
Over time, I would do this choice indeed, considering my piggy bank! lol
