I was looking at the base of speakers montoring to make their own arrangements and premasters listenable. So the speakers to work long and comfortably (exit the Yamaha that tire the ears) with a frequency response curve but off the flattest possible (FRO Mackie, not Berhinger) and a reasonable price range a home studio. I have a mixer broadcast Mitec Studio Server 16 tracks, an external sound card Ohmega Lexicon, an internal card MiaMIDI a PC PIV 3GHz, 1.5GB DDr3200.

SOUNDS

The frequency curve has been particularly use neutral, Night in the low below 300 Hz, which finally allowed me to mix properly attacks the piano and a bass kick + all, phew! In the low and high medium neutrality is correct as well use, I suspect a small bump around 2Khz/4Khz, but this is may be due to the configuration of the room. The highs are very audible, slightly weathered audessus of 10Khz (but again, the problem of acoustic or analog preamps of my table?) The stereo image seems quite well respected. The dynamic is very heartfelt, which prevents, for example, surmixer a battery against a quartet of strings, which can be annoying.

OVERALL OPINION

I use these speakers for 3 months now.
+ Neutrality in terms of frequency response curve.
+ The materials of very good quality (can be pushed fully into the low or high).
+ A dynamic faithful to the original sound recording.
+ Price.

- The size (Tweaters too small compared to the low HP), which leads to my taste a slight imbalance in the media.
