I bought this to replace 3 14-4-2 mixwizzard excellent Soundcraft K1.
rack for a table I have to say it is super complete:
10 mono inputs with direct outs and insert
2x2 stereo inputs so the final 8 stereo inputs
1 RCA stereo inputs Magneto
6 TRUE TO any post or pre-configured
Égalo a band including two configurable 4
very comprehensive
1 microphone talkback
A power supply light
1 input for backup power supply

UTILIZATION

Very simple for all those who have already had an analog, just the manual to read super fast

SOUNDS

Console very transparent, but a great equalizer preamp for my part below those of the K1 (k1 a 8-4-2 COST 2700 euros anyway!), However it explodes and 16-4-2 mackie, yamaha analog or digital and any other table in this price range

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 3 months I bought it along with a 16-2DX mixwizzard 3 because I wanted the option with the linker syslink V2 but when I found the rates of interface (+ 300 euros HT / piece! and it takes two ...!
what I like most is that we see that it was designed not by electronics but above all by sound engineer!

Example 1: the ability to invert the output jack in the subgroups with the XLR; SUPER handy when you have forgotten to local adapters!!
the emergency power supply, bravo!
the possibility of sending a breath or buz from 1kHz to 0db on all outputs, also handy to start tracking its wiring or calibrate their amps, stage monitors or etc. etc.
and finally are mixable stereo inputs 4 pairs instead of either A or B
other features: the ability to change switch for internal routing of the signal, for example sending the signal in the PRE can be done before or after the equalization or before or after the insert, in short, a real Swiss Army knife
I was still a bit disappointed with the 16-2 Dx because even if the sound is identical it is much less well thought
mixwizzard this is really great 3 14-4-2
