UTILIZATION

This amp is simple and effective. Connection of power, you plug the bass is lighter and it purrs. The panel settings and easily accessible. the settings are accurate.

Manuel: I saw that there was a difference between an explanation in French / Dutch / German and English to move to the simulation Brit (= hidden bonus). Apparently you lose your sound if you want customized return to clean ... weird ... to verify

SOUNDS

This amp is really great. This is my first match but the sound in my head. I play all styles and here all the sounds I use. Finally, the grind is not my thing. I prefer well posed. It is therefore a matter of taste. My favorite is the R & B that has a lot of power.

Despite these 75W, I can tell you that this amp has something to say. Whether the seller, me or my musicos, we all agree that we ship out without flinching, and this at 5.5/10 volume. So 8 / 10 is too many for my own use with battery electric.

I play a Fender Standard Jazz Bass Mexico and it sounds great. I can easily change the sound on my bass and amp.

Some people say that this amp hide your mistakes of the game I do not agree. The sound is very detailed and I have to pay more attention to my game This is a good amp to get better technically.

Regarding the simulation Synthesizer, make your own opinion. I think it will sympa.Il beacoup setting because there are 12 different waveforms and 6 or 7 buttons that can rotate to change the sound. What you should remember is that the synth should not play two notes at once. The sound that comes out is inaudible. You must therefore learn to play properly.

OVERALL OPINION

I just bought the amp 1 week ago. I need to keep the bass in a band with electric drums. I wanted an amp, lightweight with good sound and power. Line 6 performs very well the terms of reference for a small fee (279 EUR).

I had thought of a Roland Cube 100 to 399 EUR or Ashdown Five Fifteen EUR 300 but the two are too big for only 25W more power ...

I put 10/10 on everything because I'm really sawed off by the price / quality ratio / size. The rate of fun foods is élevé.Je 9 / 10 on the overall opinion because there is always better but more expensive

I had already played on the Ampeg, Markbass and other in-store. I do not have the budget nor the talent nor the roadies to give me a 8x10 stack. For now this amp good enough for me. If I play live I can always use the XLR output to plug into the PA.

If I had to take a snob and a achter anyway "" TRUE "" amp or no writing would be a Line 6 combo Markbass 250 W but in fact I would spend 3 or 4 times while the engineer I would take her anyway on the mixer.

I tested the amp with an acoustic drums in a local repeat of 20m ² to 75 W ... it did bien.Par transparency I admit that a few more watts would have been nice. I put the knob on 3 / 4 to stay reasonable and not to tire the cone ofSuite. I think to repeat 100-150W is fully suffisant.Il must not break your back.

Moral: this amp is enough for repeats but to swing a plug in the room on the sound system.
