This converter accepts formats up 24bits/192kHz for the D / A conversion only.
Entry of AES / EBU XLR, S / PDIF coax (or BNC adapter, BNC-> coax provided) and optical TOSLINK.
Stereo output on XLR and RCA on the rear, and two headphone outputs on the front.
You can also calibrate the instrument in different ways with adjustable screws and internal jumpers ...
A switch lets you select a digital input on the fly (without glitches or noise audible from one source to another) and there is also a volume knob to adjust both the volume of headphones and as the volume of output XLR and RCA (unless they are mode calibrated, then output a fixed level).
May lack the ADAT format as input, but hey, it's already well stocked.

OVERALL OPINION

In comparison with the converters that I had before, the gap ...
Conversion is first of all by its quality. Auditory fatigue is inexistent!
The stereo image is great, until you hear the details of the masks by jitter (which is supposed to remove the converter) and others ... and you can find the investment instruments with astonishing ease.
The bass is "clean" and very defined, the big big plus compared to conversions that I had the opportunity to hear up to the (328, ADI 8DS, Masterlink) is impresionant!
Overall, the sound comes out of this converter is really beautiful ... and for the price, the quality is really striking.
